Bard Electrics core competencies are contract design, engineering and installation management. All major contracts are allocated a dedicated contract manager who has the responsibility for client contact, procurement and project control.

At Bard Electrics our philosophy is to use the latest techniques available in order to achieve detailed planning of and full control over all our projects.

Contract costs are monitored using a specialist software package, which provides an up to date overview of the contract for both the client and the management team. The third element of our control system is regular contract progress reviews by senior management, this ensures that our client's objectives are being achieved.

We have a strong belief in the necessity for detailed planning and control at all stages.

Bard Electrics operates contract design and management systems, which are documented in our QA procedures and are approved to ISO 9002. All the employees in the company are trained in operating these procedures.

It is normal for us to supply individual technical manuals for all materials supplied including operation instructions if required, as fitted drawings and testing details on the completion of contracts.
